Biannual exam held for foreign students to study in Japan

TOKYO, Japan - Foreign students get ready to take the first biannual test for Japanese university admissions on June 16 at Tokyo's Kokushikan University in Setagaya Ward. The Association for International Education, Japan, an education ministry affiliate, held tests for international students across Japan and abroad for the first time. The exam is aimed at evaluating Japanese language proficiency and basic academic abilities of students who want to study at Japanese universities on the undergraduate level.
