Zico drafts plans for reform in Japanese soccer
RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil - Former Brazilian international Zico, set to take over from Philippe Troussier as Japan national coach, speaks to reporters on arrival at Rio de Janeiro International Airport on July 6. Zico said he has ''big plans'' for the future of soccer in the Asian country.
