Japan, N. Korea agree on family reunion project
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Japanese spouses of North Koreans talk with Japanese Red Cross Society officials at a hotel in Pyongyang on Aug. 19. Red Cross officials from Japan and North Korea agreed on Aug. 18, the first day of a two-day meeting, on a program to allow the Japanese spouses to travel to Japan for family reunions in the fall.
