Kitajima to receive treatment for injured elbow

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Japan's Kosuke Kitajima, who won a gold medal in the men's 100-meter breaststroke in the Pacific swimming championships on Aug. 25, speaks to reporters at Yokohama International Pool on Aug. 26 about his withdrawal from the men's 200-meter breaststroke and the 200-meter individual medley due to a nagging elbow injury.
