Japan's empress views children's book exhibit in Switzerland

BASEL, Switzerland - Japanese Empress Michiko (R) views an exhibit on children's books on Sept. 29 at the University of Basel Library. Later in the day, the empress made a speech at a jubilee congress commemorating the 50th anniversary of the International Board on Books for Young People.
