Ex-U.S. envoy to Seoul returns from Pyongyang
SEOUL, South Korea - Donald Gregg, former U.S. ambassador to South Korea, speaks at a press conference in Seoul on Nov. 6, one day after he returned from a four-day private trip to Pyongyang. Gregg said North Korea sees its 1994 nuclear pact with the U.S. as ''hanging by a thread'' but not yet void after the revelation of a new arms program.
