TOKOROZAWA, Japan - Seibu Lions right-hander Daisuke Matsuzaka speaks to reporters at the Pacific League club's office in Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture after resigning with the club at 115 million yen a year, down 25 million yen from this season.
