TOKYO, Japan - Ornamental ''hagoita'' battledores depicting Harry Potter and England's soccer superstar David Beckham appear in the year's hagoita market which opened Dec. 17 in the compounds of Sensoji temple in Tokyo's Taito Ward. Some 50 stalls are selling the battledores for three days with some 300,000 visitors expected.

Dollar rises to 128 yen level, hitting new 3-yr high
