2 killed when small plane crashes in Ibaraki Pref.

TSUKUBA, Japan - A twin-engined Gulfstream Commander 695 of Asia Air Survey Co. crashes in a forest in the village of Ogawa, Ibaraki Prefecture, on March 24. Two men aboard, believed to be Akihito Sakamoto and Hiroyuki Nishiyama, were killed in the crash.

              CHIBA, Japan - A car in which the body of a man believed to be a U.S. citizen was found is carried for check to Nagareyama Police Station in Chiba Prefecture on Dec. 9. The car was salvaged from the sea near a harbor, based on testimony from two male friends of the victim, thought to be Yasushi Dustin Rutledge, 24, a resident of the city of Matsudo.
