(4)Japan issues travel warning over SARS
OSAKA, Japan - Many passengers bound for Hong Kong from Kansai International Airport near Osaka wear face masks as protection against the pneumonia-like severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) on April 3. The Japanese government issued a warning earlier in the day, advising its nationals to put off nonessential travels to Hong Kong and China's Guangdong Province.
