Budget carrier Hong Kong Express to add Japan flights
OSAKA, Japan - Andrew Cowen (2nd from L), deputy chief executive officer of low-cost carrier Hong Kong Express Airways Ltd., and Keiichi Ando (R), president of New Kansai International Airport Co., take part in a cake-cutting ceremony at Kansai International Airport near Osaka on Nov. 20, 2014, to mark the first anniversary of HK Express' service connecting Hong Kong and Kansai. Cowen unveiled a plan to increase the carrier's flights linking Hong Kong and Japan by around 10 per week by next summer.
