TOKYO, Japan - The Kanagawa Institute of Technology has developed a robotic suit (worn by a woman on the right) to help reduce the physical burden of nursing care. It involves an outfit in which air is injected using a small pump, enabling the wearer to lift a person out of bed with about half the amount of energy normally needed.
