Kelly meets Fukuda after three-way talks on N. Korea
TOKYO, Japan - U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs James Kelly waves as he enters the U.S. ambassador's official residence in Tokyo on April 26 for talks with Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuo Fukuda. Kelly arrived in Tokyo to brief Japan on the outcome of the just-ended three-way meeting in Beijing on North Korea's nuclear program.
