TOKYO, Japan - Economic and fiscal policy minister Heizo Takenaka speaks at a press conference in Tokyo on May 20 about the government's monthly economic report, which cites concerns over the spread oof severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in some Asian and other countries as a risk factor.
