Ex-sekiwake Terao has hair knot cut in ceremony

TOKYO, Japan - Popular sumo wrestler Terao has his hair knot cut by his son Seiya in a ceremony at Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan on May 31. The 39-year-old former sekiwake announced his retirement from the sport last autumn to end his career spanning 23 years on the raised ring.
