Whistle-blower says prosecutors misusing taxpayers' money

TOKYO, Japan - Tamaki Mitsui, a former senior prosecutor facing trial on charges including ties with gangsters, speaks at the Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan in Tokyo on June 3.
