British retailer Tesco to make offer for C Two-Network

TOKYO, Japan - Andrew Higginson, director of major British retailer Tesco PLC, tells a news conference in Tokyo on June 10 that Tesco is launching a cash tender offer to purchase all the issued shares of C Two-Network Co., a Japanese food retailer.
