Estrada aide arrested over anti-gov't plot

MANILA, Philippines - Police on July 28 arrested Ramon Cardenas (C), a former deputy executive secretary to ousted President Joseph Estrada, for his alleged role in what they said was a plot to topple President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo over the weekend.
