NAHA, Japan - Okinawa's first postwar railway train opened to the public on Aug. 10 runs in the capital city of Naha. The two-car Okinawa Urban Monorail, dubbed ''Yui Rail,'' links Naha airport in the city center with the Shuri district in the eastern part of the city over the distance of 12.9 kilometers in 27 minutes.
