BOJ's Iwata proposes 'dynamic' scheme to stem deflation

TOKYO, Japan - Deputy Bank of Japan (BOJ) Governor Kazumasa Iwata speaks during a recent interview with Kyodo News. He has proposed a ''dynamic targeting program'' including the introduction of a numerical target for price stability as part of efforts to stem deflation.
