Olympic double medalist Arimori named IAAF council member

PARIS, France - Yuko Arimori of Japan, winner of the silver medal in the women's marathon at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics and bronze in Atlanta four years later, smiles after being named a council member of the International Amateur Athletics Federation (IAAF) in Paris on Aug. 20.
