(4)Japan spy satellite launch fails
TANEGASHIMA, Japan - Shuichiro Yamanouchi (L) and Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Minister Takeo Kawamura bow in apology at a press conference at the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's Tanegashima Space Center on Tanegashima Island, Kagoshima Prefecture, Nov. 29. The agency's launch the same day of an H-2A rocket carrying a pair of spy satellites failed.
