Chunichi's Fukudome gets 78 mil. yen salary boost

NAGOYA, Japan - Chunichi Dragons outfielder Kosuke Fukudome holds up a bank note-shaped board featuring his face and Chinese characters meaning 200 million yen during a press conference at the Central League baseball club's office in Nagoya. Fukudome re-signed a sixth-year contract with the team for 200 million yen.
