NAGASAKI, Japan - The 116,000-ton luxury Diamond Princess, is anchored at Nagasaki Port on Feb. 26. The 14-deck vessel, built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, was handed over to British shipping firm P&O Princess Cruise.
