Japan to promote Iraq commitment in Arabic media

TOKYO, Japan - This is a scene from the video footage the Qatar-based satellite TV network Al-Jazeera produced on behalf of the Japanese government. Japan will start a second Arabic media campaign on March 11 in which Tokyo will promote its continued commitment to help the reconstruction of Iraq, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuo Fukuda said March 9.
