YOKOHAMA, Japan - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi (L) joins Environment Minister Yuriko Koike (C) and U.S. Ambassador to Japan Howard Baker (R) in planting a cherry tree at Kaiko Hiroba Park in Yokohama on April 3 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the signing of the first treaty between Japan and the United States.
