Koizumi's Yasukuni visits ruled unconstitutional

FUKUOKA, Japan - Holding a banner reading ''Don't let them make war heroes again,'' plaintiffs walk to the Fukuoka District Court on April 7 to hear a ruling on their damages suit over Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's visits to the war-related Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo, The court ruled that the premier's visits to the Shinto shrine are unconstitutional.
