Honda-Dongfeng venture in China begins producing SUVs

WUHAN, China - A joint venture in China between Honda Motor Co. and China's Dongfeng Motor Corp. has begun producing CR-V sports utility vehicles (in photo). Honda said on April 14 that Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co. in Wuhan, Hubei Province, is capable of producing 30,000 CR-Vs annually and plans to boost the figure to 120,000 in the future.
