Strong winds in Saga Pref. cause blackouts, injure 9

SAGA, Japan - Photo taken in the city of Saga on June 27 shows houses damaged by strong winds, which caused blackouts, damage and slight injuries among nine people. The gusts knocked down five power poles, causing 3,500 houses in the city to lose electricity.
