Defense report restates threat of full-scale invasion declining

TOKYO, Japan - Defense Agency Director General Shigeru Ishiba walks into the prime minister's office to attend a regular cabinet session on July 6. He submitted the agency's an annual white paper, which restated that the possibility of a full-scale invasion of Japan has fallen and that new threats such as terrorism must be dealt more effectively.
