TOKYO, Japan - Seibu Lions owner Yoshiaki Tsutsumi tells reporters in Tokyo on July 7 that a merger between Pacific League professional baseball clubs is in the works in addition to the ongoing merger talks between the Orix BlueWave and Kintetsu Buffaloes.
