ATHENS, Greece - International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge holds a news conference in Athens on Aug. 8 in which he praised the organizers of the Athens Olympics for their last-minute preparations, following worries over whether all the venues would be ready in time for the Aug. 13 opening of the Games.
