'Sprinkle water campaign' kicks off to beat Tokyo heat

TOKYO, Japan - Under the scorching sun, people clad in traditional ''yukata'' cotton robes gather in front of the National Stadium in Tokyo's Sendagaya on Aug. 18 to kick off a weeklong campaign of sprinkling water on pavements and concrete to cool off Tokyo.
