SAGA, Japan - Fishermen and supporters rejoice Aug. 26 after the Saga District Court ordered a suspension of the government-backed construction of an inner dike in the Isahaya Bay reclamation project in Nagasaki Prefecture. Fishermen requested the suspension, saying the dike was harming the fishing industry.
