Japan, U.S. hold panel meeting over Marine chopper crash
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese officials, led by Ryuji Tsuchiya of the Defense Facilities Administration Agency (L), faces officials from the headquarters of the U.S. forces in Japan, headed by Lt. Col. Andrew Mueller (R) in the first meeting of a bilateral panel on Aug. 26 at the Defense Facilities Administration Agency to look into the cause of the Aug. 13 U.S. Marine Corps helicopter crash at a university in Okinawa Prefecture.
