Softbank's Son asks Oh to stay with Daiei long term

TOKYO, Japan - Softbank Corp. President Masayoshi Son (R) speaks with reporters following his meeting with Daiei Hawks manager Sadaharu Oh (L) at a Tokyo hotel on Nov. 26. Son said he has asked Oh to remain at the helm of the Fukuoka-based team as long as possible and also consider taking up the post of general manager.
