NAGAKUTE, Japan - Aichi Governor Masaaki Kanda (top) speaks March 5 at the opening ceremony for Japan's first magnetically levitated train at the Aichi Expo station in Nagakute, Aichi Prefecture. The train will begin business operations March 6 for the world exposition, running for the March 25-Sept. 25 period.
