Rakuten notches memorable win in season opener

CHIBA, Japan - Fans of the newly formed Rakuten Eagles in the Japanese Pacific baseball league cheer the team at Chiba Marine Stadium on March 26, the opening day of the 2005 Pacific League season. The Eagles beat the Lotte Marines 3-1, their first victory in franchise history.
