Myanmar junta chief urges troops to work for 'road map'

YANGON, Myanmar - Senior Gen. Than Shwe, chief of Myanmar's junta, salutes March 27 at a ceremony marking Armed Forces Day in Yangon. He urged the armed forces to ''work hand-in-hand with the people'' to implement a ''road map to democracy.''
