Colombia says Japan's bid for permanent UNSC seat 'reasonable'
TOKYO, Japan - Colombian President Alvaro Uribe speaks at a press conference at the Japan National Press Club in Tokyo on April 12. He said that Japan's bid for a permanent seat on the U.N. Security Council is ''reasonable,'' but stopped short of categorically expressing support.
