Gyohten urges G-7 to address excess liquidity behind oil price hikes

TOKYO, Japan - Former Japanese Vice Finance Minister for International Affairs Toyoo Gyohten speaks in an interview with Kyodo News. Gyoten has urged the Group of Seven industrialized nations to address the excess liquidity that he says is behind recent oil price increases.
