YAMAGUCHI, Japan - Members of a South Korean government delegation check the air duct to a now-defunct undersea coal mine off Ube, Yamaguchi Prefecture, on April 22 as part of their preliminary investigations into a 1942 accident that killed about 130 Korean forced laborers.
