Antinuclear forum starts in Mexico City

MEXICO CITY, Mexico - Tadatoshi Akiba, mayor of Hiroshima, addresses the opening ceremony of the Conference of Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones in Mexico City on April 26. The three-day conference is held being ahead of an international conference to review the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty from May 2 to 27 in New York.
