G-4, AU reach basic accord on UNSC expansion resolution
LONDON, England - Foreign ministers from Japan, Brazil, Germany and India are in talks with the representatives of the 53-nation African Union in London on July 25. They agreed to iron out differences over the expansion of the U.N. Security Council and come up with a single resolution.
