'Gates to Peace' memorial completed in Hiroshima city

HIROSHIMA, Japan - An architectural work called the ''Gates to Peace,'' designed by French artists, was completed July 30 in Hiroshima to mark the 60th anniversary of the atomic bombing of the city during World War II. Hiroshima Mayor Tadatoshi Akiba (R) and French artists look at the work.
