Japan marks 60th anniversary of end of WWII
TOKYO, Japan - A government-sponsored memorial service is held at Tokyo's Nippon Budokan Hall on Aug. 15 in remembrance of the war dead. Some 7,500 people, including Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko, attended the ceremony to mark the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II.
