Horie to run in general election against Kamei

TOKYO, Japan - Livedoor Co. President Takafumi Horie speaks to reporters at the headquarters of the Liberal Democratic Party in Tokyo on Aug. 19 after talks with Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi.
