China presents revised draft of 6-party joint document
BEIJING, China - Chief U.S. delegate Christopher Hill (L) and chief Japanese delegate Kenichiro Sasae (R) field questions from reporters in Beijing on Sept. 16 concerning the progress of 6-party talks. The same day, China presented the other participants a revised draft of a joint document in a bid to break the impasse over North Korea's demand for a new light-water reactor in exchange for abandoning its nuclear programs.
