Hill leaves Beijing after talks on N. Korea nuclear issue
BEIJING, China - Top U.S. nuclear negotiator Christopher Hill waves to reporters as he leaves Beijing airport on Feb. 28. Hill had talks with Chinese government officials over the stalled process on North Korea's denuclearization. He described the talks as ''good,'' but declined to give details of what proposals were put forward to try to break the deadlock.
