Toshiba puts off U.S. launch of next-generation DVD players

TOKYO, Japan - Yoshihide Fujii, Toshiba Corp.'s corporate senior vice president, holds a press conference Sept. 28. Fujii said Toshiba will put off its launch of next-generation DVD players on the U.S. market until at least February, from the initially targeted introduction this year.
